From Daleks in Manhattan (2007) Cult of Skaro leader Dalek Sec merges with a human, Mr. Diagoras, to create a new Dalek/human hybrid race; "I am a Human Dalek, I am your future". Dalek Sec retains Mr Diagoras' 1920's double breasted pin-striped suit with black and white spats, whilst also featuring an exposed brain, single bulbous eye and six head tentacles.
Dalek Sec Hybrid measures approximately 5" (12.5cm) tall.
