How do I find out about BBC products that are not sold at BBC Shop.com?

BBC Shop endeavours to carry a wide and varying range of BBC products that are currently available. In some cases BBC Shop is unable to carry a particular product due to it no longer being available (ie. out of production) or due to continuing out of stock problems.
