You can have a browse through our store to find what you are looking for.
The main departments of BBC Shop.com can be accessed by clicking on the tabs on the top header of the site. These will remain in view throughout your visit to BBCShop.com until you proceed to check out. Click on the DVD tab and you will be taken to an area displaying DVD titles only. You can then browse through the different categories within the range of DVDs (such as Children's and Comedy) by clicking on the links down the left hand side of the page. You can further refine your search by using the Brand/Genre/Price filters down the left hand side.
To view a particular product, click on the product title or image.
2. How do I find out about BBC products that are not sold at BBC Shop.com?
BBC Shop endeavours to carry a wide and varying range of BBC products that are currently available. In some cases BBC Shop is unable to carry a particular product due to it no longer being available (ie. out of production) or due to continuing out of stock problems. If there is a product that you would like to find out about you can contact Customer Services using the Contact Us page.
Product queries will be dealt with as soon as possible, however, it is important to note that the majority of requested products are no longer available (out of production).
3. How long does it take for an item to come back into stock?
Most items are only out of stock for a short period of time. You can still place an order for an item that is out of stock and it will be despatched to you once the stock is received by our warehouse.
4. Searching
To search for an item, you can type a keyword into the search box which appears at the top left of every page eg: a title, a TV programme, product code or BBC Talent. If you are having problems finding the product you want, try using the least common words from the product title. Also try putting the search term you are using in speech marks in the search box, e.g. "Little Britain".
1. Availability of Products
We despatch over 98% of all orders direct to your doorstep in one working day, so you won’t have long to wait.
Availability information for titles is listed on each individual product page. The majority of our products are despatched within 1 working day. On rare occasions a product may be available for despatch in 3-4 days, for example, or it may be temporarily unavailable. We will inform you by email if any products you have ordered are temporarily unavailable.
If a product is out of stock this will be clearly stated on the product detail page under the price information. You can still order a product that is temporarily out of stock and it will be despatched to you as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.
Some of our products are available for pre-order, to be delivered on the release date. In this instance, the 'Add to basket' button will be replaced with a 'Pre-order: add to basket' button so it is clear that the item is available for pre- order. Please Note: We do not charge your credit/debit card until your order is despatched.
