Volume 5 comprises exclusive tracks from Fearne Cotton’s Radio 1 lunchtime show and Jo Whiley’s weekend shows where bands perform their own track, and a cover version. The tracks are live and stripped down, showing the true quality of the musicianship and craft of the song. A combination of alternative versions of band classics, plus unique cover versions were recorded live in the BBC ‘Live Lounge’ studio at Maida Vale.
