You will then be taken to the ‘My Account’ area where you can edit your contact and delivery details, track your current orders and view your order history.
You can proceed ONCE through checkout as a 'Guest', but you will be required to register with BBC Shop to place subsequent orders.
To add a new delivery address you should select 'Add Delivery Address' from the menu on the left ahdn side of 'My Account'. Click on the 'Add New Address' button then enter the postcode and click 'Continue'. (If you are unsure of the postcode please click 'Don't Know Postcode'.) You will be taken to a page where you should complete the recipient's details and click 'Continue'.
Please note that BBC Shop.com can only deliver to countries within the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and India.
If the addresses in the drop-down are incorrect, click on 'If your delivery address was not found or is incorrectly listed, please enter it manually.' You will then be able to enter your address using the text fields provided.
Click ‘Continue’ when all the address details are complete.
To add to or edit the delivery addresses stored in your BBC Shop.com address book, sign-in to My Account (link located in top header), using your current email address and password. Once you have successfully signed in you will be able to select the option 'Edit Delivery Address' from the menu on the left hand side and then click on the ‘Add New Address’ button or the ‘Edit’ button if you would like to correct an existing address.
To change the default delivery address stored in your BBC Shop.com address book, sign-in to My Account (link located in top header), using your current email address and password. The chosen default address will automatically appear as the delivery address for future orders. You can change the default to another delivery address by clicking in 'Make default delivery address' under the appropriate address.
To change your contact details, sign-in to My Account (link located in top header), using your current email address and password. Once you have successfully signed in you will be able to select the option ‘Change Billing Details' from the menu on the left hand side. Simply enter your new details and click on the 'Continue' button.
To change your email address, sign-in to My Account (link located in top header) using your current email address and password. Once you have successfully signed in you will be able to select the option ‘Change Email Address’ from the menu on the left hand side.
Replace your old email address with your new one and click on the 'Continue' button to ensure all future emails are sent to this address. Please note that you will be required to enter this new email address when you next sign-in.
To edit your email address, sign-in to My Account (link located in top header) using your current email address and password. Once you have successfully signed in you will be able to select the option ‘Change Email Address’ from the menu on the left hand side.
Make any changes to your current email address and click on the 'Continue' button. Please note that you will be required to enter this edited email address when you next sign-in.
To change your password simply sign-in to My Account using your current email address and password. Once you have successfully signed in you will be able to select the option ‘Change password' from the menu on the left hand side. Enter your new password then confirm it before clicking on the 'Continue' button.
Please note that you will be required to enter this new password when you next sign in.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Log in/Register' link in the top header and you will be taken to the sign in page. Here you should click on the 'I have forgotten my password' link and you will be taken to a page where you should enter your email address and click on the 'Email Password' button. A new password will then be sent to your email address.
Please note that you will be required to enter this new password when you next sign in.
When signing in with your new password please be careful to type the password exactly as it appears in the email, making sure to type an upper case letter if an upper case letter is shown, and a lower case letter if a lower case letter is shown.
The password that you will receive will contain both letters and numbers. If you have entered the password exactly as it appears in the email and receive the message ‘invalid password’ make sure that you are not copying and pasting the password from the email, ensure that ‘caps-lock’ is off and that you are typing in the correct characters, as some characters can look very similar (for example the number one i.e. '1' and a lower case 'L' i.e. 'l', can look the same). If the problem persists then we recommended that you request a new password or contact our Customer Service team.
Once you have your new password, we suggest that you change it to something you will remember easily by going to your My Account page.
Please note, for security reasons your credit/debit card details will be automatically deleted when we send you a new password.
When you create a password it allows you to access your account information. Once entered, your contact, delivery and payment details will be securely stored and you will not have to re-enter them again when you make your next order. You can also track your order status and order history.
Your password is unique to your email address and ensures that your account details remain secure. You can access your account information at any time to edit any of your account details.
