Big Cat Diary and Springwatch presenter, Simon King, moves to a remote, wildly beautiful cottage with his wife Marguerite and their baby daughter Savannah. He describes living and working among the Shetland people and spectacular wild animals, and struggling to survive in the occasionally harsh landscape.

Simon paraglides with seabirds, and dives through wrecks along the stormy shores. He introduces us to wild characters including a young otter family at terrible risk from autumnal storms, and a seal pup adopted by Simon and his family.
