I actually purchased this through a shop over here. The "Doctor Who: Dalek Sec Hybrid Voice Changer Mask", flatly, does not live up to its promise. The prerecorded material is alright, but the "voice changer" effect only amounts to making you sound as though you talking through a weak speaker box. The "Doctor Who: Cyberman Voice Changer Helmet" is much better. This item is a disappointing follow-up. I returned mine to the shop.
