I suspect it is largely down to the phenomenal success of Dr Who that the BBC has finally made the decision it should have made ten years ago. But after all these years of waiting and griping, a legal copy of the best piece of television ever made will be mine to own! I'm absolutely over the moon! We are loonies and we are proud!!!!!!!!
