Dear Mr. Stein, I thank you for your wonderful series. It covers everything I believe in re ingredients, produce, simplicity etc. - Recently, however, I learned through another series of yours that Chalky is no more. A glimpse of him throughout has been my great joy, and i wish to express my deepest sympathy over your loss of your companion. The news made me shed tears. But he lives on through reruns of the programmes.
