Dear Sirs/Madams, I am writing to make a complaint about the Doctor Who Flight Control Tardis that I purchased today. Upon opening the item we were very disappointed to find that the item is not what was anticipated. This Tardis does nothing we had been lead to believe it would by the show. The first problem arose when we discovered that this Tardis was not infact bigger on the inside then it is on the outside leading us to believe that dimensionally transcendental means nothing! It also did not dematerialise and rematerialise allowing for the safe travel through the time vortex, yet another major flaw. We also had no luck what so ever in attempting to open up the heart of the Tardis, when we attached it to a car as seen in 'The Parting of the ways' it did nothing but drag for a short period and then start to shatter. At this point we had hoped that we had finally activated the dematerialise, but once again we were disappointed when we realised it would not again materialise. Further more, the Doctor that supplied does nothing but stare vacantly, we were also shocked when we checked his hearts using a stethescope not only was there not two hearts but there were none. We are lead to believe that this Doctor is not infact a real doctor. I ask you kind sirs is this show based on lies? Is it? I think there needs to be a change within the toys that are marketed as Doctor Who merchandise or the show needs to be made more accurate and realistic. A little piece of me died inside today. Shocked and appalled.
