You can delete any item from your order, provided that it has not entered the despatch process.

If the order has already been processed you are still able to cancel your contract and/or return it to us under our full returns policy. For more information on how to return items please refer to our full Returns Policy or the information on your right to cancel a contract.

To delete an item from your order

• Go to your 'My Account' Page
• Click on 'Track your last order'
• If the order is still 'In Progress' you can cancel all or part of the order.
• Click on 'View Order'
• Click on 'Cancel items'
• Select the items you wish to cancel and press 'Submit'
