Downloads

Digital files, including without limitation download to own films, digital audio and digital music files ("Downloads") will only be made available for you to download once your payment has been authorised. No contract of any kind between you and BBCW is formed unless and until you make payment for the Downloads.

PLEASE NOTE: in order to access any Download from BBC Shop, you will need to download the BBC Shop Download Manager ("Download Manager"). If you do not download the Download Manager you will not be able to download and access the files you have purchased. The Download Manager may be downloaded at any time, including after purchase. Please refer to the BBC Shop Help pages relating to Downloads for further information.

You may only use the Downloads for personal, non-commercial purposes. Additional information and restrictions on what you are entitled to do with each Download (your "Usage Rights") are stated on the Download Product Page. For further information please refer to the Help page. Except for your Usage Rights, any copying, reproduction, lending or hiring, public performance, broadcasting or any other form of distribution of the Downloads is prohibited and will constitute copyright infringement. You acknowledge that the Downloads include security technology which ensures that they may only be used in accordance with the Usage Rights. For further information please refer to the Help page.

You may not cancel any purchase of a Download after your payment has been confirmed and may only return a Download if it is defective. If you are unable to complete the download process or wish us to provide a replacement for a file that is defective please contact our helpdesk and, where this is due to our default, we will replace or refund the Download.
