We will need the following information to process your order:

1. The title or ISBN (reference number) of the product
2. Your name and address, including post code - This must match your credit card billing address.
3. Delivery address, if different from above
4. Any gift message (up to 80 characters long, including spaces)**
5. Credit card/debit card details - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch.
6. We can only accept cheque payment for mail order. Please make cheques payable to BBC Shop. Delivery on cheque orders may take up to 10 working days.
7. Email address - not essential, but will mean that you can receive automated order acknowledgements and despatch confirmation
8. Daytime contact telephone number in case we need to contact you about your order

*Delivery charge for telephone and mail orders is ?2.95 for UK deliveries. For EU deliveries ?5.50 for the first item and ?2 per additional item.
