- In progress: this item in your order is being processed. If in stock, the item will generally be despatched within 1 working day.
- Items despatched: this indicates that this item has been despatched. It will also indicate the time, date and how the item was despatched. If the item was despatched using Parcel Force and a consignment number is provided, you will be able to track the delivery of your item(s) by clicking on the consignment number displayed.
- Complete: this indicates that this item has been despatched
