Just bought issue 3 of this magazine (missed the two) and my husband and I are both very impressed. It had potential to be all pictures and presenter info but actually contains some excellent topical articles that should be of interest to everyone, not just those who consider themselves country types. The rear section of the magazine has some lovely articles that are more home-based, growing veg and keeping chickens and it will be interesting to see how diverse these articles will get. I have previsouly read other countryside based magazine that struggle to come up with new and interesting ideas and seem to repeat the same articles in different formats. All in all, I think this will provide an interesting document of the changing face of the British countryside and as long as the articles are kept current and diverse, it should make for an interesting subscription.
