Joseph Harles

I believe that Andy Price's score for the BBC production of Robin Hood was brilliant. A strong and vibrant leitmotif produced a theme that simply impregnated itself in your head! Musically, (in places) it was a little "under-played", but generally, I thought the overall music was a great success. I especially liked the "Main Theme" and "Chasing the Nightwatchman". I am also proud to say that I arranged several excerpts (by ear), for my small, but nevertheless powerful ensemble, comprising of 2 great bassoonists , a pianist (me), a brilliant trumpetist and a fantastic flautist. Once again, well done Maestro Price!
