Joseph Paelinck

Aged 81, being a son of my late father who was a locomotivedriver at the Belgian National Railways up to 1939,I knew the steam age on his apogee when I was a child.I remember clearly my father took me ,in 1938 (being then 10 years old)to "an Exhibition" with the latest models of "Pacific's 231", what a great experience!It's only recently that I discovered the 'BBC shop' and decided to buy this to me very interesting items : Fred's "Railway Collection" and the series " Coast " 1,2 and 3 thanks to all BBC-shop's personnel ! Gorgeous !
