A good story with interesting commentary and invested with good quality thoughtful estras features. One thing bugs me with the 'fan experts' though. They state they are speaking for fandom but they certainly are not in my case. In this DVD for eg. a fan states the story is regarded as 9 boring episodes then the Time Lords turn up. I have never judged the story this way and neither have fellow fans I know.
