I would like to say the Programme on saturday 1st August The M-G-M years was a wonderful show. John Wilson The Orchestra, The Star Singers and Chorus all performed with such musical joy that it made such a marvellous evenings T.V viewing. All the proms are a pleasure to enjoy live musicians plus. But this one bought back happy memories of when we had real entertainment on T.V YEARS AGO. Oh to have a programme of the great popular music--songs on a regular basis like the one that's just been on.
