I am giving this a 5 star review because I think it is well worth watching, not because I think it is RB's best work. I was charmed by the writing (RB wrote it himself and used a pseudonym) and by the characters. RB is suitably lecherous but in a kind, loving way. JT is adorable, given much funnier material than in most of "Keeping Up Appearances." Sorry there were only 6 episodes but once the couple married it wouldn't have had the same sexual tension. Good that they knew when to call it quits. Surprisingly, the "blind as a bat" jokes don't get old and the watercolor paintings inbetween scenes remarkably effective. Well worth it, esp. for RB fans!
