Purchasing downloads and physical goods at the same time

You can purchase downloads at the same time as physical goods such as CDs, DVDs and merchandise at BBC Shop. Digital and physical products are purchased in the same way by clicking on the ‘Add to Basket’ button to place the item into your shopping basket. Once you have added an item to your basket, the bag on the top header of the page will turn pink and the number of items in your basket and total cost will show next to it.

To see what you have selected and amend the quantities or remove products from your basket, click on the ‘View Basket’ link in the top header to be taken to the basket review page.

If you are happy with the selection of titles in your basket and wish to proceed to the checkout, click on the ‘Checkout’ button on the basket review page, or on the ‘checkout’ link in the top header.

If you are pre-ordering physical goods (for example a CD or DVD), or the items you wish to purchase are temporarily out of stock, you will only be charged for your download when you place your order. You will not be charged for your physical goods until they are despatched. For more information on pre-orders click here.
