Storage of downloaded files

By default, when you download a file the BBC Shop Download Manager will save your downloads in the ‘BBC’ folder found in the ‘My Documents’ folder on your computer. This location can be changed in the 'Options' section of the Download Manager. Click 'Browse' and select the folder that you wish your files to be stored to.

If you experience problems finding your files, consult your operating system manual for help on searching your hard drive.
