Usage Rights

Usage rights are the activities set by the individual Rights Holders stating what you are permitted to do with a download. Usage Rights will usually state how many downloads you are allowed per computer/device and how many burns to CD/DVD are permitted.

By default BBC Shop allows you to obtain only 1 license per digital download. This means you can download the file to one computer. However, you are then allowed to copy the download to up to 5 windows portable devices. NOTE: This may become less restrictive on a file-by-file basis depending on the permissions we get from the Rights Holder. If the Usage Rights differ from this default, they will be stated in the product description on the product page.

These Usage Rights are dictated by the Rights Holder, not by BBC Shop
