Why would I use a different delivery address?

Items despatched by courier

In some instances the items you order will be delivered by courier (Parcelforce). If no one will be able to sign for the goods at your contact address you may wish to send the goods to an address where someone will be able to accept the goods during normal business hours (i.e a work address).

Items sent as a gift

If the items you order are intended for a gift you may wish to have the goods delivered directly to the gift recipient, but have the receipt sent to your own address.

Different credit/debit card billing address

Your contact address must match your credit/debit card address. For this reason you may wish to provide a different delivery address.
