Will I have to replace my existing TV?

If your TV has a scart socket the digital TV adaptor will just plug into the back of your TV and will convert digital signals into a signal that your TV can understand. If you want , you can buy an iDTV (integrated digital TV) which can also receive Freeview.

If your existing TV does not have a scart socket you will not be able to use a digital TV adaptor. Most new model TV's will have a scart socket. Below is an example of what a scart socket looks like. This can normally be found on the back of your TV.
